Chad has represented public entities since beginning his legal practice in 2007. His work spans education, housing, and local government law. In addition to advising Campbell Shatley’s school board and community college clients, he serves as Town Attorney for Spruce Pine and as counsel to the Spruce Pine Housing Authority and the Toe River Health District. His background in education and public sector law gives him experience with the distinct needs of governing boards and the institutions they serve.
