Anna advises and represents public school boards on student and employee matters, with a particular focus on special education. She assists districts with personnel investigations, contracts, Title IX compliance, and bond forfeiture matters, and represents them in special education litigation. Before law school, Anna worked with elementary students as an interventionist in Cumberland County. During law school, she was a member of the Holderness Moot Court Arbitration team and an extern with the North Carolina School Boards Association. She joined Campbell Shatley in 2021.
